Concerning an Issue
We have confirmed an issue during the “Pumpkin Nightmare” ranking event that ended on 11/14 (UTC+9), where under certain conditions during battle, the battle progression became impossible, leading to an inability to clear the event.
As a result, we have distributed the following compensation to Users who were affected by the issue.
