Since the update on 9/11 (UTC +9), we have received numerous reports that players are unable to obtain “Challenge Tickets (Harmonia)” after clearing the “Diva Harmonia (Part 1)” story quest.
While this was part of the intended settings, we have taken into account the feedback and request from many players and have implemented the following measures:
– Measures
- In the update on 9/25 (UTC +9), we have adjusted it so that “Challenge Tickets (Harmonia)” will now drop when you clear the “Diva Harmonia Part 1” story quest (*).
- The players who cleared the “Diva Harmonia Part 1” Story Quest in the following time period will received additional rewards.
– Target Period
- 9/11 15:00 – 9/25 9:59 (UTC +9)

- The number of “Challenge Tickets (Harmonia) sent will be based on the clear count of “Diva Harmonia Part 1” story quest (*).”
* We have sent “Challenge Tickets (Harmonia)” based on the number of times you cleared the quest at each difficulty level.
