Greetings to all.
This is Akaiwa, the Director.
Thank you for always playing and supporting “DanChro”.
It has almost been three months since the last Director’s Letter and the development team has been working hard to ensure everyone enjoys the upcoming one-year anniversary.
In this Director’s Letter, we will discuss the new content scheduled for release in June and the updates planned leading up to the anniversary.
June Implementation Schedule: “New Content”
The “New Content: Abyssal Exploration,” which was introduced in the Director’s Letter Vol.2 and was intended to be implemented in June, allows players to freely explore the depths of dungeons spanning multiple floors and to face off against formidable enemies.
We plan for users to be able to explore the dungeon and obtain exclusive battle items that are only available there.
However, we have decided to delay the official implementation of this “New Content: Abyssal Exploration” as of now.
The main reasons for this delayment are as follows:
We apologize for the delay in implementation despite your anticipation.
While the official implementation date will be announced at a later time, we plan to implement a beta version around the second week of July for final adjustments.
We hope to gather your feedback from playing the beta version to further refine the final implementation so please give the new content a try!
We hope to continue to advance the development so that there we can deliver better content to all of you.
July Update Schedule: Partial Introduction
Here is a preview of the updates leading up to our one-year anniversary.
Main Story: “Sword Oratoria” Implementation!
“Sword Oratoria” will be implemented to the Main Story in the update scheduled for 6/26 (UTC +9)!
Plus, the characters who has yet to appear in “DanChro” will be added as a playable character, as well as various campaigns to commemorate the implementation of the Main Story!
Addition of “Minotaur” to the United Final Battle
The “Minotaur”, which was well-received in the Argonaut Day Campaign held in May, will be added to the United Final Battle.
New battle items will also be introduced along with it, so be sure to get them!
Battle AI improvements
This is the continuation of the AI improvements carried out on 5/15 and 6/12 (UTC +9).
Despite implementing AI settings in the Setup, there were some inconveniences, and we will be primarily focusing to improve them.
We plan to specifically improve the AI to consider the characteristics of the reserve character’s Special Move during auto-battles and be able to switch the Special Moves accordingly.
There has also been some positive feedback regarding the AI improvements from social media platforms and we believe that the improvement direction has been well-received.

Uncharted Battlefield Reset Function
This function allows you to reset the setup records of the Uncharted Battlefield all at once. While you can still adjust the setup for each stage individually as before, this function is designed for when you want to reset them all at once.
We will continue to consider improvements to make the Uncharted Batllefield more enjoyable and user-friendly.
Also as mentioned above, we have plans for the implementation of the beta version of the new content as well as events and special campaigns so please stay tuned for more updates!

Improvements on the Application Performance
Following the matter discussed in the previous Director’s Letter Vol. 2, we are implementing measures sequentially so that the operation can be improved.
There was significant graphics-related modifications made in the recent 6/12 update (UTC +9) to stabilize the performance.
We understand that the improvements may not have fully met everyone’s expectations yet, especially in areas less noticeable. Nevertheless, we will continue to strive to provide a better environment for all.
Lastly,
Thank you for reading this far.
The Event Story planned for our upcoming one-year anniversary is set to be the largest volume in “DanChro” history.
The team is working to develop both the story and the game so that we can celebrate the first anniversary together with all of you.
The next release of the Director’s Letter will be after the one-year-anniversary.
We look forward to your continued support and patronage of “DanChro”. Thank you very much.
