We have confirmed an issue with some abilities on the Ability Board exhibiting unintended behavior or incorrect descriptions.

We have confirmed an issue where the effects of abilities that “activate when switching units ” are being activated at the start of battle as well as when changing characters. This issue is scheduled to be fixed on the Ver1.7.0 update. |
We have confirmed an issue where there are inaccuracies with certain descriptions regarding the abilities “Grants own units +1 Technique 1 use” and “Grants own units +1 Technique 2 use.” This is a text-only issue, and the effects themselves are functioning correctly. This issue is scheduled to be fixed on a later update. |
New Feature “Ability Board” Added
The new feature “Ability Board” has been added on 2/14 (UTC+9)!
The Ability Board serves as a new enhancement feature in “DanChro.”
By unlocking and equipping abilities, you can grant each character status boost effects and additional effects.
Not only does dashing become a new action, but by unlocking abilities, you can also gain additional effects in addition to the effects shown in the image above.
Introducing a few examples of abilities for each role and attribute to everyone.
*For Adventurers
Icon | Effects after Unlocking Ability |

Attack | When switching units (at entry), grants you unit Special Move Damage Increase. |
Defense | When switching units (at entry), grants a shield to your unit. |
Speed | When switching units (at entry), grants your unit Normal Attack Damage Increase. |
Support | Activates when the Assist is a Support role. If this character is in the setup, when switching units, grants received Damage Reduction to all your units. |
*For Assists
Icon | Effects after Unlocking Ability |
---|---|
Attack | Activates when the Adventurer has a matching attribute. During battles, consistently grants your unit Special Move Damage Increased. |
Defense | Activates when the Adventurer has a matching attribute. During battles, consistently grants your unit received Damage Reduction. |
Speed | Activates when the Adventurer has a matching attribute. During battles, consistently grants your unit Normal Attack Damage Increase. |
Support | Activates when the Adventurer has a matching attribute. During battles, consistently grants your unit Increase HP Recovery. |
There are many other abilities available, some of which have powerful effects. Be sure to unlock these abilities and give them a try!

How to Upgrade
Just like the traditional upgrade method, select “Home > Upgrade > Target Character” and then press “Ability Board.”
When unlocking abilities, you need to unlock them in the specified order.
*You cannot unlock level 3 without unlocking level 2 if you have only unlocked up to level 1.
How to Obtain Upgrade Materials
The Ability Board allows you to unlock abilities by consuming various fragments and bonds.
Unlocked abilities become effective when equipped.
Also, they can be freely removed.
Various fragments required to unlock abilities can be obtained from events and missions.
Also, to commemorate the implementation of the Ability Board, we will be conducting special missions!
Be sure to clear the missions and acquire various fragments needed to unlock the Ability Board.
